RELCO (RLCX) GP10 1701 the Ardent Mills, Mt. Pocono Mill, in Pocono Summit, PA, on Monday, July 8, 2019. Reportedly RLCX 1701 was built in 1956 by EMD as BRC 481 a model GP9, builders number 5498-1. It was rebuilt into a GP10 then later became RLCX 1701.
