MCRR 701 ALCo C415
MCRR 701 was built in 1968 by ALCo as a model C415, builders number 6005-01, MCRR 701.
This locomotive apparently came to the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania via the Aliquippa and Southern Railroad.
