The NSW Rail Museum is the main railway museum in New South Wales, Australia. A division of Transport Heritage NSW, it was previously known as the New South Wales Rail Transport Museum (NSWRTM), Rail Heritage Centre and Trainworks.

NSWRM's NSW 6040, AD60 Class 4-8-4+4-8-4 Beyer-Garratt

NSW 6040 is a Beyer Peacock & Co, Manchester, England, AD60 Class 4-8-4+4-8-4 Beyer-Garratt. Reportedly: It was built in 1956, builder's number 7542, the last steam locomotive built for the New South Wales Government Railways. It was retired in 1967.
