This week Donner was closed and Overland Route trains went via the FRC. This day we left Oroville and chased trains up to Portola.

Ted Smith-Peterson said, "So pissed, we tried to set up this train to have a CN unit on the point, but when it arrived into STO we found out it had bad dynos so it couldn't be on point. So we built the power set and had the CN 3rd in consist. Later I found out it was overheating so they removed it completely from this train which I was looking forward to shooting, the M-STOPRV."
According to Andrew Roth on the BNSF this is the H-STOPVO and normally it is the QSTPVJ on the UP, but during the detours it is, or was the QRBPVJ. It's a trackage rights train to Provo.- Photo of train color
