This year both Susie and I are retired and living in San Jose.
Day Trip Outings
Trips or outings not involving an overnight.
- January 3, 2020, Friday
- On Friday, January 3, 2020, I went to College Park in San Jose and did a test with my new 200-500mm zoom lens. It was interesting to see the poles going in to support the catenary that is coming.
- January 7, 2020, Tuesday
- On this day Steve, Sol and I went to Alcatraz. On the way we saw some streetcars on the Muni's Embarcadero line.
- January 8, 2020, Wednesday
- On this day I met a friend for lunch down by Watsonville. I swung by the UP yards in Watsonville, Jct.

- Susie and I did a hike in the Alviso Tide Flats and caught some Capitol trains.
