According to Wikipedia, Iowa Pacific Holdings is a holding company that owns railroad properties across North America and the United Kingdom, as well as providing services such as railcar repairs and leasing and management and consulting services to other operators. The company was founded in 2001 with headquarters in Chicago, Illinois.

SCMB 1101 EMD/MK F9PHA

Iowa Pacific Holding's (IPH) Santa Cruz and Monterey Bay Railroad (SCMB) 1101 is an EMD/MK F9PHA. Reportedly (according to one source) SCMB 1101 was built in 1952 as an F7A, Baltimore and Ohio 939, serial number 15910, Other reporting marks and numbers reportedly associated with this locomotive include: MARC 7182, CNJ 14, WCRC 82, MARC 82, Iowa Pacific 82.
In January 2022, Nick Tharalson (another source) said, "These both appear to be ex-MBTA, Boston, units which started out life as GM&O F3A's. 1101 started out as GM&O 800A before it's rebuild for MBTA. My source for this is Issue 95 of Extra 2200 South which has the final chapter of the IC roster."
