- Likely the first Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad (DRGW) locomotive I ever saw was at the Kaiser, in Fontana, CA, on Saturday, March 31, 1973. DRGW 5328 is an SD45 off the UP-DRGW pool coal train that was running at that time.
