BCOL 573 MLW RS3

Reportedly BCOL 573 was built in 1954 by MLW as a model RS3, builders number 81172, PGE 573. It became BCOL 573 and in 1986 it was rebuilt and renumbered to BCOL S408 (Yard Slug).
