Again, I spent the night before at the Moonlight Motel, a real dive. This was a short day chasing trains on the Western New York and Pennsylvania (WNYP). It was the day before a long holiday weekend and the crews were wanting an early quit. My midafternoon the railroad was quiet so I got a break to rest, have a beer and a sub and work on my trip photos.
