MHWA 2045 is an MLW M420. Reportedly: it was built in 1973 by MLW, builders number 6068-06, as BCOL 645. Other reporting marks and numbers said by some to be associated this locomotive include MHWA 645.

The red brick building topped with white stone to the left in the background is the Erecting Hall for the DL&W steam engines. It's at the east end of the once sprawling DL&W shops complex. General Dynamics currently operates the building as a government weapons plant.
The white stone building above the second locomotive is the former Lackawanna division office, now a Radisson hotel.

MHWA 2453 is an ALCo C425. Reportedly: MHWA 2453 was built in 1964 by ALCo, builders number 3392-03, EL 2453. In 1976 it was sold to BCOL becoming the 803. In 1991 it was sold to MHWA.
Reportedly: reporting marks and numbers associated with this locomotive include EL 2453, BCOL 803, MHWA 803 & 2453.

The building in the background is "bridge 60" which is the dispatch center for Delaware Lackawanna operations."
