Rail Road Power Leasing (RRPX) apparently owns a great deal of what we generally think of as being to M&E and Maine Eastern.

RRPX 41, MLW M636
RRPX 41 is a MLW M636. Reportedly: it was built in 1970 by MLW, builders number 6037-01, CN 2300. It was assigned DL 3641.
Reporting marks and numbers said by some to be associated this locomotive include: WNYP 41, SIXX 41, NYSW 41, NYSW 3664, QCM 41, DL 3641 and DL 41.
