ULEX 3090, GMD/Alstrom SD40-2

The grey ghost. According to good sources ULEX "SD40-2" 3090 was built in 1967 by GMD as CP 5558 a model SD40, builders number A2203. Sold to East Coast Motive Power in 2000. Rebuilt by Alstom, became GCFX SD40-2 3090, then to CITX 3090. before becoming ULEX 3090.
