SP 3653 EMD GP9, SP Class EF418-8
According to good sources, including Strapac's fantastic SP Compendium series, SP 3653 was built in Feb. 1959 by EMD as a model GP9, builders number 25145, SP T&NO 449, SP Class DF-612. In 1965 it was renumbered to SP 3653, SP Class EF418-8.
This locomotive was not remanufactured. In Dec. 1978 it was renumbered as SP 2889 SP Class ES418-8.
The disposition of this locomotive is: retired April 1991, sold for parts in 1992 to Wisconsin Southern, scrapped.

SP 3657 EMD GP9, SP Class EF418-8
SP 3657 is an EMD GP9, SP Class EF418-8. Reportedly: SP 3657 was built in 1959 by EMD as a model GP9, builders number 25149, SP T&NO 453, SP Class DF612. In 1965 it was renumbered to SP 3657, SP Class EF418-8.
This locomotive was remanufactured in 1976 emerging as SP 3842 SP Class EF418E-4 GP9 (GP9R).
The disposition of this locomotive is: retired and sold in 1997 to Power & Fluid Mechanics leased to CatTrain and renumbered JPBX 501 in 2004. Reportedly its frame was bent in an accident and it was used as a parts source. Sold to Motive Power Resources 2012, left Caltrain in 2013. Became MPVX 501.

SP 3658 is an EMD GP9, SP Class EF418-8. Reportedly: SP 3658 was built in 1959 by EMD as a model GP9, builders number 25150, SP T&NO 454, SP Class DF612. In 1965 it was renumbered to SP 3658, SP Class EF418-8.
This locomotive was remanufactured in 1976 emerging as SP 3843 SP Class EF418E-4 a GP9R.
The disposition of this locomotive is: retired in 1996 eventually becoming Hoosier Southern 465.

SP 3663 EMD GP9, SP Class EF418-8
According to good sources, including Strapac's fantastic SP Compendium series, SP 3663 was built in March 1959 by EMD as a model GP9, builders number 25100, SP 5800, SP Class DF-612. In 1965 it was renumbered to SP 3663, SP Class EF418-8.
This locomotive was neither upgraded nor downgraded.
The disposition of this locomotive is, retired in December 1986. Sold to the US Army Transportation School 100. Became U.S. Army 1400.

According to good sources, including Strapac's fantastic SP Compendium series, 3672, SP Class F-4 2-10-2, was built in 1922 by Baldwin, builders number 55237. It's booster was removed 1948. Vacated and scrapped 1956.

SP 3686, Baldwin, SP Class F-4 2-10-2
SP 3686 is a Baldwin built 2-10-2, SP Class F-4. According to good sources, including Strapac (and Diebert's) fantastic SP Compendium series, SP Class F-4 2-10-2 3686 was built by Baldwin, builder’s number 55267, in 1922. In 1926 it was converted from oil to coal burning and restored to oil in 1946. It was retired and scrapped in 1954.

SP 3689 is a Baldwin, SP Class F-4 2-10-2. Reportedly: SP 3689 is an F4 2-10-2 Built by Baldwin in 1922 and retired and scrapped in 1957. SP MT-3 is a 4-8-2 4334, built by SP Sacramento Shops in 1925, vacated and scrapped in 1956.

SP 3694 is an EMD GP9, SP Class EF418-8. Reportedly: SP 3694 was built in 1959 by EMD as a model GP9, builders number 25131, SP 5831, SP Class DF-612. In 1965 it was renumbered to SP 3694, SP Class EF418-8.
This locomotive was downgraded in 1976 emerging as SP 2876 SP Class, ES418-8.
The disposition of this locomotive is: retired in 1987 and sold in 1988 Wilson Rail Services, to Alababama & Florida RR to Wiregrass Central 2876. Current status not known.
